Hi! I'm Amanda

I spent years prioritizing everyone else's happiness over my own - stretching myself too thin and not speaking up for my needs. I ignored my inner compass when it screamed "no" because I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings, so I hurt my own in the process. I lacked the self-confidence and sense of self-worth to see that my needs mattered, too, and I deserved more than what I was settling for.

When I came out of a difficult divorce and spent A LOT of time alone, I realized I didn't even know who I was anymore. I was so disconnected with myself that I didn't even know what I wanted or needed from my life, let alone how to speak up for it. I was dating men who treated me poorly and who most definitely didn't deserve me, I was allowing friends to walk all over me, and I even allowed coworkers to take advantage of me. My lack of boundaries and self-worth was evident in all areas of my life. 

I kept getting the nudge to take up meditation, so I started a daily practice. Over time, I realized I wanted more for my life, and I started speaking up for myself and setting healthy boundaries in all of my relationships. I began choosing myself and walking away from anything that wasn't supporting the life I wanted to create for myself. I stopped saying yes because I felt I had to and started saying no when I truly wanted to. It wasn't about becoming selfish, but about creating healthy relationships built on respect and what I knew I innately deserved.

Over time, I became empowered, confident and boundaried AF. I realized my wants and needs MATTERED and the world reflected that back to me. Once I started prioritizing myself in relationships, so did everyone else. You can do this, too, and start living a life you love. You can create deeper, more fulfilling relationships, and a life where you truly feel valued and happy. I can't wait to help you get there!

    This course is designed for anyone who struggles with saying "no," feels constantly drained and unseen, and wants to build healthier relationships. If you find yourself prioritizing others' needs over your own or struggle to express what you truly want, then this course can help you develop the skills and confidence to set healthy boundaries.
  • What if I Don't Want to Hurt Anyone's Feelings?
    Setting boundaries is not about being selfish. It's about being honest and respectful of yourself and others' needs. The course teaches effective communication techniques to express your needs assertively and compassionately, while minimizing negativity in your relationships.
  • I Don't Want to Become a "Difficult" Person...
    Healthy boundaries create clarity and respect in relationships. This course doesn't teach you to become "difficult" but rather to communicate your needs clearly and confidently. By respecting your own boundaries, you encourage others to respect yours as well, leading to stronger and healthier connections.
  • How Long Will it Take to Notice a Difference?
    Setting boundaries is a skill that takes practice. The course provides a structured framework and practical tools to help you navigate different situations and overcome challenges. The goal is not immediate perfection, but to gain awareness and gradually build confidence in setting boundaries.
  • How much time commitment does this program require?
    The program requires one hour per week for four weeks in a live call that will be made available to you as a recording if you are unable to attend it live. Outside of the one-hour live call, You will have “homework” exercises to get the most out of the program, and any community interaction you choose to participate in. There is also a 30 minute live and recorded Q&A bonus that will occur once every two weeks. We understand everyone has busy schedules, so we've designed the program to be efficient and impactful within your time constraints.
  • What if I'm a complete beginner? Is this program right for me?
    This program is designed for someone with a history of people-pleasing and putting others first, who needs help setting boundaries, including those starting from scratch. We'll provide a strong foundation and guide you step-by-step through the process.
  • What if I don't see results? Is there a money-back guarantee?
    While we can't guarantee specific outcomes as individual results vary, we offer a comprehensive program, support system, and proven strategies to maximize your chances of success. The work you do outside of the course is just as important to your growth as the work we do inside the course.
